I found him through a sale that I was the listing agent on- this home was old, small in size, and particularly had a tough crawlspace area beneath the home that he thoroughly inspected. After reviewing his report, the many photos, and detailed aspects of the home, we where able to repair and complete items to help move the transaction and satisfy both buyer and seller.
